Are the colors & styles you show, the exact color & style I will receive?

The model/mannequin is wearing the exact item. Please note that due to different computer screens, dimensions & resolutions, some colors might slightly look different than they actually are.


Do your dresses run true to size?

Every designer cuts their dresses differently and according to their own size chart (listed on our product page). If you give us your measurements, we will be able to pick the best size for you. Feel free to contact us.

 

My measurements fit two different sizes, which size do I go by?


In general it is better to go bigger than smaller, choose a size up. It is easier for your seamstress to take in, rather than out.

 

I got my product & I love it, I want to leave a review. How do I do that?

Do you give group discounts for bridesmaids?


Yes we do. Please contact us with the sku # of the dress you are interested in, as well as the color and sizes. If you give us their measurements, we can pick the right size for all of them.

I RECEIVED A DAMAGED ITEM. WHAT DO I DO?

In the rare event that the item you received is not in pristine condition we sincerely apologize!
Please email us auroariel@outlook.com with a photo of the damage within 24 hours of receiving the package. Our team will gladly assist you with reshipping a new item out to you in a timely manner

 

I HAVE MY OWN DESIGN IDEA. CAN YOU RECREATE A CUSTOM DESIGN THAT IS NOT ON YOUR WEBSITE?
